The principal of the firm, Stanley Chin has almost 30 years of relevant professional quantity surveying experience in the industry. His unique strength includes tender and contract procurement strategies, cost analysis, quantity analysis, cost planning, cost control and value engineering management.

Stanley completed the Bachelor of Applied Science majoring in Quantity Surveying program at Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Western Australia at the end of 1990 and commenced his career in property development and quantity surveying with the reputable quantity surveying practice - WT Partnership in Perth, Western Australia. He brings an international flair and perspective to the firm - having trained in Australia and obtaining international work experiences in the Republic of Seychelles; Hirafu, Japan and Hanoi Vietnam.

He is a good standing member with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyor (RICS), Australia Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS), Board of Surveyors Malaysia (BQSM), Institute of Surveyors Malaysia (ISM), International Cost Engineering Council Accredited and Malaysia Institute of Arbitrators.
Throughout his career, Stanley has worked closely with both land owners and developers to provide and reinforce the necessary communication required to successfully deliver professional quantity surveying services of all types of projects, including both small and large scale endeavours. Stanley's combination of experience and expertise enables him to afford clients his deep experience in the critical aspects of estimating, life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement / review, post contract control, and project monitoring. His knowledge of all types of building sectors and varied client base has provided Stanley the opportunity to fully develop his skill set, while establishing a broad understanding of construction financial management—essential to providing reliable cost and contract management advise in the entire development process.

Khar Keat brings technical insight and sensibility to his colleagues and clients at the firm. Having completed his training in the University Tunku Abdul Rahman in 2013, Khar Keat has enjoyed being a key player in the industry for nearly 10 years. He is a graduate member in good standing with the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia and Board of Surveyor's Malaysia.
With a decade of project experience, Khar Keat has worked in all aspects of financial management within the construction industry, including cost control, life cycle costing, tendering, contract placement / review, quality control, post contract control, and project monitoring. He has extensive knowledge of the unique requirements of industrial, commercial, and residential buildings as well as facilities designed for education and learning, and healthcare. With a broad range of experience, Khar Keat is able to deliver a fresh perspective and the skills necessary to provide dependable cost advice in today's complex building environment.

Lee has 8 years direct project experience since graduating from University Tunku Abdul Rahman with a Bachelor in Quantity Surveying in 2014. Lee has had 1 year experience with a construction firm before joining SCQS as one of the pioneer employee, since then Lee have worked under Sr. Stanley Chin and have been trained over the last 7 years in the preparation of estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and all aspect of pre and post contract consulting work on various types of projects. Lee has a good understanding of design drawings and his experience will ensure that during the design development and tender documentation all errors are identified and all documentation prepared are of the highest quality.
Lee will continue his training and we are confident he will develop his unique skills to provide reliable cost advice in today's development / building industry.

Nicole has worked under Sr. Stanley Chin since her internship and graduating in 2022 and have been trained over the last year in the preparation of estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and all aspect of pre and post contract consulting work on various types of projects. She is also able to afford clients with her deep understanding of contract law and has work with Sr. Stanley Chin in various dispute resolution cases in preparing expert reports and contractual advisory reports.

Nicole will continue her training and we are confident with her excellent command in the language and her meticulous nature, she will develop her unique skills to provide work of the highest quality.
Annabelle Lim Yee Ching

Annabelle graduated in September 2022 and has recently joined our firm in February 2023. She has 5 months working experience in a Contracting environment and she will be trained in the preparation of estimates, bills of quantities, tender documents and all aspect of pre and post contract consulting work on various types of projects.
